Sharon is a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She has supported clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, substance use, and ADHD. Sharon utilises evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness approaches, tailoring treatment to each client.
Sharon brings a warm and compassionate approach to therapy, believing in the importance of strong therapeutic relationships and collaborative work with clients. She sees her role as walking alongside clients, helping them to make sense of their difficulties and develop the skills and perspectives needed for lasting change. Sharon is available for appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
