Clinical Psychological Assessment
We offer thorough and evidence-based clinical psychological assessments to assist with diagnosis, treatment planning, and gaining a deeper understanding of an individual’s cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning.
Our assessments are tailored to each individual’s needs and referral question, and are suitable for children, adolescents, and adults. Often a Clinical Psychological Assessment can be a better option before pursuing a specific assessment.
Should a specific assessment be indicated then we can provide that. We use gold-standard tools and can provide clear, comprehensive reports as required with practical recommendations for ongoing care, educational support, or workplace considerations.

Cognitive/Intellectual/IQ Assessment
We offer cognitive and intellectual assessments to evaluate an individual’s thinking skills, learning capacity, and overall cognitive functioning.
These assessments provide valuable insight into areas such as memory, attention, processing speed, verbal and non-verbal reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
They are commonly used to assess for intellectual giftedness, learning difficulties, or developmental delays, and can assist in identifying support needs at school, work, or in daily life.
Our psychologists use reliable, standardised tools such as the Wechsler Intelligence Scales (e.g. WPPSI, WISC, WAIS) and provide clear, detailed reports with practical recommendations tailored to each individual. These assessments are available for children, adolescents, and adults.
Educational Assessment
We provide comprehensive educational assessments to help schools and families better understand a student’s learning strengths, challenges, and support needs. These assessments explore areas such as reading, writing, spelling, mathematics, working memory, processing speed, and academic achievement relative to cognitive ability.
Educational assessments can assist in identifying learning disorders such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, or dyscalculia, and help clarify the underlying factors contributing to academic difficulties. Our psychologists use a combination of standardised cognitive and achievement tests, including tools like the WISC-V and WIAT-III, to provide a holistic view of the student’s learning profile.
The results are presented in a clear, practical report with targeted recommendations to inform Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), classroom accommodations, and targeted interventions. We work collaboratively with educators, learning support teams, and families to ensure each student receives the support they need to thrive at school.
ADHD Assessment
We offer comprehensive assessments for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children, adolescents, and adults. Our ADHD assessments explore core areas such as attention, concentration, impulse control, activity levels, executive functioning, and emotional regulation.
Using a combination of clinical interviews, standardised questionnaires, cognitive testing (as required), and developmental history, we provide a thorough and evidence-based understanding of an individual’s strengths and challenges.
Assessments result in a detailed report (if applicable) with clear diagnostic opinions and practical recommendations for support at school, work, or home. We aim to provide a safe and non-judgemental experience that leads to insight, self-understanding, and practical recommendations for daily life, school/work, relationships, or further supports. Where relevant, we collaborate with parents/caregivers, GPs, paediatricians, and schools to ensure a coordinated and informed approach to care.
ASD Assessment
We offer comprehensive assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across the lifespan—from early childhood through to adulthood. Our ASD assessments aim to provide a clear understanding of an individual’s social communication style, behavioural patterns, sensory sensitivities, and developmental history.
Using a combination of gold-standard tools (such as the ADOS-2 and structured interviews), behavioural observations, developmental history, and input from caregivers or educators, we take a thorough and respectful approach to identifying autism traits.
Our assessments result in a detailed report (if applicable) with diagnostic findings, as well as tailored recommendations to support learning, communication, daily functioning, and emotional wellbeing. We aim to provide a safe and non-judgemental experience that leads to insight, self-understanding, and practical recommendations for daily life, school/work, relationships, or further supports. We can also work collaboratively with families, schools, workplaces, GPs, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and support.
Dual ADHD/ASD Assessment
We offer comprehensive assessments for individuals who may present with both Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). These two conditions often co-occur and can share overlapping traits, such as social difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, sensory sensitivities, and attentional concerns. Our dual assessments are designed to carefully differentiate and clarify each condition to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective support.
Using a combination of structured clinical interviews, standardised behavioural questionnaires, developmental history, cognitive testing (as required), and gold-standard tools, we develop a holistic understanding of the individual's profile.
A detailed report (if applicable) is provided with clear diagnostic impressions and individualised recommendations for home, school, work, and daily life. We aim to provide a safe and non-judgemental experience that leads to insight, self-understanding, and practical recommendations for daily life, school/work, relationships, or further supports. We can also work closely with families, schools, GPs, and other professionals to ensure integrated care and practical strategies for meaningful support.
