Yes, most psychology sessions can be conducted via telehealth. When confirming your appointment, you can choose either phone or video. If you select a video appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a secure link. Please keep this email as you’ll need it on the day. To join, simply click the link and enter your name as it appears on your booking.

Yes. Medicare rebates are available for sessions with our psychologists and clinical psychologists, provided you have:
A valid referral from your GP.
A current Mental Health Care Plan Rebate amounts vary depending on your clinician’s qualifications.

Yes, if your private health fund includes psychology services.
Rebates may apply for sessions with psychologists, clinical psychologists, or accredited mental health social workers.
Please check with your health fund before booking. After your session, we’ll provide a receipt so you can claim directly from your provider.

When booking, your credit card details are securely stored with Medipass.
Your payment will be processed automatically on the day of your appointment.
If applicable, your Medicare rebate will also be submitted for prompt reimbursement.

No, you don’t need a referral to book an appointment.
However, to access Medicare rebates, you will need a valid Mental Health Care Plan and GP referral.

Assessment sessions may vary depending on the service and provider. Standard sessions are approximately 50 minutes.
You will be notified in advance if your session will be longer.

Yes. Your privacy is very important to us. All information shared in therapy is confidential, unless legal or ethical obligations require disclosure.

We understand that unexpected things come up. To avoid cancellation fees and allow us to offer your spot to another client, please give at least five business days’ notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a fee.
