Milly
Psychologist-Clinical Registrar
Milly is a Provisional Psychologist completing the final requirements of her Master of Clinical Psychology. She has specific experience in working with children, adolescents, and individuals experiencing eating disorders but has also has worked with a range of other disorders and problems. Milly’s approach is client-centred and grounded in evidence-based practice. She has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation and incorporates strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to suit each client’s individual needs.
Milly has a strong interest in supporting clients who are experiencing anxiety, navigating life transitions, or seeking psychological support for the first time. She works to create a warm, calm, and non-judgemental therapeutic space, where clients feel safe, heard, and respected. No problem is too small, and every story is important. She supports clients to build practical skills and strategies they can carry with them beyond therapy, fostering resilience and confidence in managing future challenges.
