Psychologist
Charli (she/her) is a provisional psychologist nearing completion of her Master of Professional Psychology at Flinders University.
Charli takes a warm and collaborative approach, drawing primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in her work with clients. She believes that people are the experts in their own lives and enjoys working with each individual to understand their experiences and develop strategies that are meaningful and practical to them. Charli enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, and her clinical interests include anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem and confidence, perfectionism and trauma.
Outside of psychology, Charli enjoys playing social netball, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and Pilates.
