Psychologist

Amanda Litten is a registered psychologist with well over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across metropolitan, regional, rural, and remote communities in South Australia. Since 2019, she has worked in private practice providing therapy and psychological assessment services across the lifespan.

Amanda takes a warm, practical, and collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. She draws on CBT, REBT, ACT, and Schema Therapy to help clients develop practical strategies for everyday life.

She supports people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges. Amanda also provides comprehensive psychological assessments, including ADHD, autism, cognitive, learning, behavioural, and personality assessments.

She offers both face-to-face and telehealth appointments and welcomes referrals through Mental Health Care Plans, NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed participants), WorkCover, DVA programs, and private referrals.

Amanda is committed to helping clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and work towards meaningful, sustainable change.
